Fake it or Faith it? : We decide

For many who struggle with self-esteem or confidence, the advice often given is fake it until you make it. For the authentic leader, this lack of authenticity poses a problem. What if there is another way?

Faith it until you make it.

. . .

When we believe in ourselves, when we know like we know like we know, there is no other option than to believe that you will achieve everything you set your mind to—without question. Stand in your power. Stand in your conviction. We cannot get hung up on the how, but surrender with faith that when it is time, the universe will bring us that which we desire and have worked for.

Tough stuff isn’t it? We have to have FAITH FIRST. We have to be willing to do the work. There is no short cut. Remember, failure has not alibi. We must be honest with ourselves; be willing to put in the work; be grateful for every adversity, every failure, every gift of the opportunity of reinvestment so that we can shift to where needed.

Within every adversity is the seed to an equal or greater benefit.

Napoleon Hill

Do you have faith? Maybe it’s time . . .
