Dear colleagues:
I am reading a new book: Everything is Subject to Finding Success When Life Shifts by Greg Reid. My attention was intrigued by the idea of time regarding how to identify managers, leaders, or employees.
A leader shows up early, a manager shows up on time, and an employee often arrives late.
Interesting that one’s personal behavior regarding timeliness can suggest whether one is a leader, manager, or employee.
So the question for us to review today is, what kind of person are you?
For anyone who knows me, I am always early. However I always thought my motivation was regarding my lack of a sense of direction. I am always early just to ensure I don’t get lost on the way. I also happen to me a natural born leader, and a terrible manager. I also own my own company. Hmmmm. Isn’t this curious?
I am interested in your story. What do you think? Which one are you?
My best to your success!
